Hello, welcome to the General Measure's channel. In this video, we will demonstrate how to calibrate the AF-100K gross weigher and set formula parameters.
It is essential to perform scale calibration for precision, which includes weight parameter setting and weight calibration.
1. Scale Calibration
If it is the first time to use AF-100K, remove the four limit blocks on the load cells first.
1.1 Weight Parameter Setting
Example:
If the target weight is 25 kg, we can set:
Unit: kg
Decimal Point: 0.00
Division: 0.01 kg
(Tip: Parameters should be adjusted based on specific application requirements.)
1.2 Weight Calibration
After setting the weight parameters, proceed with the weight calibration in two steps:
Zero Calibration:
When the weight display is stable.
Click Zero Calibration.
If the display shows “0”, the zero calibration is complete.
Weight Calibration:
Place a test weight on the scale.
Wait for the Weight Voltage to stabilize.
Click Weight Calibration.
Enter the test weight value in the pop-up window and confirm.
If the display matches the input value, calibration is successful.
2. Formula Settings
In practical use, when different materials and target weights are required, formula settings simplify the operation. The AF-100K has storage of up to 20 independent recipes, which can be easily switched and applied.
Steps:
3. There are two modes for setting the process parameters
(Tip: General Measure can provide a reference table for recommended parameters based on different target weights.)
After parameter setup, exit the recipe screen. The settings will be saved automatically. You can view or switch recipes quickly via Recipe Details on the main interface.
That's all for the instruction on weight calibration and formula setting. If you would like to learn more about the AF-100 K's other functions, feel free to contact General Measure. See you in the next video.
