1. Scale Calibration

Scale calibration includes weight parameter settings and weight calibration.

 

1.1 Weight Parameter Settings

First, log in as a user (select Engineer, enter password 000). Tap Parameter Settings and enter the Calibration interface, where you will see parameters such as Weight Unit, Decimal Point, Division Value, and Capacity.

Example:

Unit for AT-50T bulk accumulation: fixed as kg

Decimal point: fixed as three places (0.000)

Minimum division value: 01

Tip: The user can adjust parameters according to application needs.

 

1.2 Weight Calibration

After setting the weight parameters, proceed with weight calibration:

Zero Calibration

Ensure the hopper is empty. Wait until the weight display stabilizes. Tap Zero Calibration. When the weight displays “0”, the zero calibration is complete.

Test Weight Calibration

Load a test weight on the scale. Wait until the Test Weight Voltage display stabilizes.

Enter the test weight value, then tap Weight Calibration. When the weight display matches the entered value, calibration is successful.

2.Working Parameter Settings

Once the scale calibration is complete, the next step is to configure the working parameters to match your specific application needs. Properly setting these parameters ensures accurate measurement, stable operation, and efficient material handling. The AT-50T allows flexible adjustments for operating modes, recipes, flow control, and more, enabling it to adapt to various bulk weighing scenarios in factories, ports, and processing plants.

 

2.1 Setting Mode 

Set the operation as Receiving or Dispatching mode. On the main interface, tap Work Mode and select the right mode in the pop-up window:

For Dispatching Mode, you need to set the total dispatch weight.

For Receiving Mode, no target value is required.

In this demonstration, we use Dispatching Mode with a target value of 1000 kg.

 

2.2 Recipe Settings

You can directly set the single discharge value on the main interface, or tap Recipe Settings to configure:

Single discharge value

Recipe name and product name

Fast feeding, slow feeding and gate opening value will be automatically assigned based on target value.

 

2.3 Flow Control

To enable flow control function, switch on the Control flow rate on the main interface, enter the target flow value. No need to set single discharge value, the flow scale will automatically adjust feeding parameters to match the target flow.

 

2.4 Recipe Switching

If there are multiple formulas needed on-site, tap Recipe ID to switch and set according parameters. Maximum 10 different formulas.

 

2.5 Dispatching Operation Demonstration

Dispatching Mode: Tap Start. When the weighed material reaches the target value, the AT-50T will indicate “Target Complete”. Clear alarm manually.

 

2.6 History Records

On the main interface, tap History Data, then Receiving/Deliver Data to view historical operation records.

 

2.7 Timeout Detection Function

Tap setting on the main interface then select work parameters. Enable the Timeout Auto Complete switch. For example: Set timeout to 1 minute. If there is no material flow in or out within 1 minute, the AT-50T will automatically mark the receiving/dispatching process as complete.
