Four-wire Connection Method

1. Internal wire terminals are identified as: 

     "+E"-- EXCITATION +

      "-E" -- EXCITATION -

      "+S"-- SIGNAL +

      "-S"-- SIGNAL -

      "GND"-- SHIELD

2. When the load cell is six-wire, short-circuit the +excitation and +sense to EX+, short-circuit the -excitation and -sense to EX-. 

Adjustment Method

1. Precision potentiometers W1~W4 can fine-tune the output signal of each load cell, which is used to adjust the four-angle deviation of the system.

Four-Angle Deviation Adjustment Method

1.  Before adjustment, the four-channel potentiometer is gently rotated to the middle position;

2.  Fine-tune the channel with a large deviation to the average value (close the other three channels when observing one channel);

3.  Repeat step 2 until the millivolt signals of the four-channel are similar.
