The AF-50K weigh filler/packing scale is a fully upgraded version for the fertilizer industry. It is designed specifically for the characteristics of fertilizer materials, which are robust and anti-corrosive. With enhanced protection, optimized hardware, and upgraded algorithms, it delivers fast, accurate, and stable performance.

- SS316L full stainless-steel structure with blasted finish for corrosion resistance.
Feeding Hopper Upgrade
- Specially designed feeding hopper structure stabilizes feeding pressure and improves feeding speed.
Load Cell Upgrade
- Adjusted the floating direction of the load cell connection point to ensure high-speed stability.
Protection Upgrade
- Dustproof film protection for the load cell, providing improved protection without compromising accuracy.
- Oil seal treatment enhances gearbox protection level.
- Protective covers for the load cell, motor, and solenoid valve, plus a special cable entry design to prevent object intrusion.
Algorithm Upgrade
- Sampling rate 960 SPS.
- Upgraded adaptive algorithm ensures fast, accurate, and stable weighing and packing.
Wide Material Compatibility
- Feeding gate minimum adjustment is 0.015mm. (maximum 200mm, adjustment range 1-13500)
