Linear Feeder Controller GMC-X904-S2/SD

The GMC - X904 - S2/SD is a weighing module developed for linear feeder packing systems with vibrators.

Single scale (S2) or dual scale (SD) are selectable. The new algorithm makes the weighing control faster and more accurate. Various communication ports make it easier for the equipment to connect with the system. It is suitable for weighing powdery or small granular materials, such as sugar, salt, seeds, rice, sesame, spice, milk powder, coffee, washing powder, etc.

Product Functions

DIN rail mount, save space;
With screen and button for easy operation;
Multiple operating modes, including Master/Slave. For dual packing scales, up to 3 controllers for 6 packing scales interlocking without PLC;
McgsPro program sample code of single/double/four/six scales can be provided;
Various feeding mechanisms: vibrator, pneumatic,/stepping motor;
Various discharging mechanisms: pneumatic, common motor, stepper motor, etc.;
Support for batching management, bag clamp/loosen, material level control, over-under alarm and under-level feed;
Support analog self-search, lead adaptive function, reduce debugging difficulty, and achieve intelligent system.
Integrated with an SCR power output interface, the controller can directly drive electromagnetic vibratory feeders and vibrators, enabling fast and slow speed feeding control.

Hardware Interface

Standard：

Serial Port 1 RS485 + 1 RS232 or 1 RS 485 Communication;
USB：for data backup and system upgrade;
I/O: 12 Inputs 16 Outputs;
S2: 1 load cell interface; SD: 2 load cell interfaces: for the 6-wire load cell scale, 1 interface can connect up to 8 load cells with 350Ω;

Options：

Single/dual network port; Modbus TCP；
1-4 DA output or 5 IN 6 OUT I/O or 4 SCR voltage regular interface;
